Customer service

Is it me or is there no such thing as customer service? What happened to the customer is always right? I've decided that I want to try and provide even better customer service to my clients. Anyone that reads this please let me know what I can do to increase my customer service. Give me examples of what your ideal Realtor would do. If your nevous about wriiting this please don't be I'm just looking for some feedback so that I can improve my customer service. All advise is welcome. Thanks in advance.
