I feel like we have seen just about all the &lt;span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial;"&gt;appreciation &lt;/span&gt;we are going to see in the Salt Lake Valley. But this isn&amp;#39;t a bad thing I think you&amp;#39;ll be able to pick up fix and flips easier in then next couple of years rather than bidding against so many other people to pick a good property. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also If you still want to hold properties I would suggest other areas like weber, davis, and tooele county.
