  • What are you doing in this Market?

My of my investors are asking what I'm doing personal in this market that we have today. I feel like we have seen just about all the appreciation we are going to see in the Salt Lake Valley. But this isn't a bad thing I think you'll be able to pick up fix and flips easier in then next couple of years rather than bidding against so many other people to pick a good property.

Also If you still want to hold properties I would suggest other areas like weber, davis, and tooele county. I think these areas haven't seen as much appreciation as the Salt Lake Valley and I think they will still see some growth in the next couple of years at least the next year.

I hope that answers so questions, but if you ever have any questions please feel free to call or e-mail me or leave a comment here and I'll do my best to answer them

  • Welcome to the Utah Investors Networking Blog

I really hope that everyone will start to participate in this Blog. I'd like this community to be about help others while helping ourselves. As I was saying in the new Utah Investor page http://www.utahshomes.com/Utah_Investors/page_1770112.html I've been investing for 4 years now and one of the things I've learned along the way is it about your networking. It's about being to ask everyone if they have a great plumber, or if they have a great property management company. It's about asking and answering other peoples questions. Please take the time to use this new resource. I hope you all enjoy it.

I have a great carpet person for all of you. His name is Kyle and He runs the Abby Carpet in Riverdale, but he does work in Salt Lake also. Just tell him that Jared sent you and he'll give you my discount.
