I want to make this Utah real estate investment page for everyone wanting to invest here in Utah. If you have any thoughts of comments please feel out the form below. I have people come up to me all the time and ask how they can get started investing in real estate. I have no problems helping any one wanting to start investing in Utah real estate, but I thought that this page might be able to help everyone. I've been investing in Utah real estate for 6 years now and it's been a great journey along the way. I've had many set backs and it hasn't been easy, but then again if it were easy everyone would do it. I'm not an expert in this field by any means, but I can tell you my experiences and trials that I've had. Great Utah Investment specials
Let me start by saying that I've always wanted to be a real estate investor even before I knew what one was. I remember dreaming about owning hotels and apartment buildings. I remember how I felt owning those properties in my head, it was the great feeling that I've ever had. I think that's what brought me to my path of becoming a real estate investor.
Along the way I've spent tons of money into educating myself about real estate investing. I've bought just about every seminar, books, and systems out there on the market today. I personal feel like you don't need all of the systems and seminars out there to get started, although I don't want to discourage you against getting education. I think education is a great and powerful tool that you must have, I just want to caution you about spending too much money on these seminars. Looking back at all my education I think the money would have been better served if I would have started investing and learned as I went. Like they say experience is your best teacher. Remember you never fail until you quit!
That being said I want to recommend some books and resources that wont cost you a lot and they've made the biggest difference in my real estate investment career. I highly recommend them!
The Secret - This is one of the very best documentary/movie I've even seen. This is all about getting your mind set so that you can make money in anything you do. I know that this will change your life if you take the time and little bit of money to watch it. $4.95The Secret website.
The Science of Getting Rich - This is a great book to go along with the movie. This will give you even more insight as to how to get you mind set so you can make money. This book is free to download as long as you sign up for their newsletter. FreeScience of Getting Rich website.
Think and Grow Rich - This is yet another great book about how to get you mind set so that its a science of getting rich. Napoleon Hill interviews some of the richest most successful people in America. This is an amazing book and it still has relevant today. $24.95 for hard cover Think and Grow Rich website.
Rich Dad Poor Dad - This was one of my first books I read on changing my mind set. I think it's a great place to start ready and changing. I personal think this is his best and only book I would recommend but I've read many of his other book. $16.95Rich Dad Poor Dad website.
The Millionaire Real Estate Investor - I've just started reading this book, but it's been great so far, and I've read his other book the millionaire real estate agent and thought it was an amazing book. This book starts with you mind set and move on from there to show you a step by step process to making a million in real estate investing. $21.95The Millionaire Real Estate Investor website.
One of the first things that you'll learn in these books is your network is everything.
